Mims and Mamas

I am offering private Hypnobirthing courses (in the comfort of your own happy home). The classes are providing pregnant women and their birth partners with the knowledge and strategies I believe every pregnant women can and should benefit from. It helps women learn vital knowledge about physiology of birth, how to prepare their mind and body for a positive birth experience and give them the confidence they need to make the right choices for them in pregnancy and birth. I offer a variety of packages, such as an Essential course, an Enhanced course and a Refresher course. I am also offering four week Pregnancy Relaxation classes, which will include tea, cake and a Hypnobirthing taster, in addition to a community of soon-to-be Mamas.
