Supper Club at Elderwood Books: As a secondhand bookshop, we are always looking at our classic cookbook collection to remind ourselves that there are many wonderful pre-loved books already in the world that are part of our lives and deserve to be re-remembered. So tonight, for our first Food Hero, we will be cooking Jamie Oliver recipes, celebrating delicious food that can apparently be cooked in 30 minutes. We are suspicious of the time frame, but we trust the flavours. Come and join us for a hearty, simple, tasty three course meal, with canapes, a cocktail and coffee thrown in. £45 per head.
