An Introduction to Vinyasa Yoga


This vinyasa flow yoga places emphasis on moving in tandem with mind-breath-body dynamically.

In this introductory class, you are guided through a basic sequence building upon each asana encouraging stronger stability, flexibility and ease of breath.

£8 per class. Please bring mats and water.
