On the 4-week Mindfulness for Stress course you will learn how to boost your happiness and well-being & find new sources of resilience.
The course is run by Victoria Galbraith, within a supportive and friendly group setting. Course dates: Mondays, 7.30-10pm
Each session lasts for 2.5 hours over a 4 week period (and a 2-week break in between) with an additional mindfulness practice day at the end (date to be confirmed).
The cost of the course includes all classes, course book and practice booklet, plus mindfulness MP3's/CDs.
