Paul Harding Tree Services Ltd are long term contractors for Forestry England. We harvest wood from forests that are managed to the highest standards for people, wildlife and climate change.
The wood we harvest is mainly from Mortimer Forest, Wyre Forest and other smaller local woodlands in north Herefordshire and South Shropshire.
We then take it up to our yard on the side of Clee Hill, near Ludlow in South Shropshire, to be processed into firewood logs or biomass woodchip fuel.
The wood is air seasoned for several years to reach moisture levels below 20%, the standard required by Woodsure Ready to Burn certification.
Rather than burning logs to kiln dry logs, we just let nature do the work to get exactly the same result.
We offer free delivery on orders within a 15 mile radius of Clee Hill, SY8 3NJ and offer a variety of load sizes from 1.5 cubic meters to a truckload.
