I am based in Ludlow but also work online. I first qualified as a Nutritional Therapist and then did further training to become a Wellbeing Coach (Trauma Informed).
I work 1:1 using personalised packages that can be a combination of both Nutritional Therapy and Coaching or each on their own (although they do overlap).
Wellbeing coaching is a forward-focused, non-judgemental approach to developing a client’s wellbeing. The process is dynamic as they develop more awareness around their values and motivations; adapting their goals as they progress. The coach is there to facilitate the client in making the changes that they themselves have identified.
Nutritional therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. Practitioners consider each individual to be unique and recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
