Andali Fitness was established in 2016 and is based in the grounds and clubhouse of Ludlow rugby club. The Personal training sessions are designed for each client in order that they can achieve the goals that they set. The fitness circuits change daily and are designed with functionality and everyday life situations in mind. Working on cardio vascular fitness, strength, power and flexibility using body weight movements and various pieces of resistance equipment. All abilities are actively welcomed whether an anxious first timer or a seasoned athlete, movements and exercises can be scaled for more ease or difficulty.
