Returning in 2023, Storm The Castle, continues to be one of the UK’s most challenging short course duathlons but still one of the most popular with elite and novice athletes racing side by side.
Athletes will return to tackle the course with aptly named sections such as the Lactic Ladder as well as to climb the Regal Hierarchy ladder, making their way from a lowly Peasant all the way to LEGEND status as they cross the finish line in the castle grounds.
Full Course: 10km run – 33km bike – 5km run
Short Course: 5km run – 22km bike – 2.5km run
